Millions In Tax Revenue From Proposed Oxford Commercial Project, Developer Says
Plans call for the construction of several buildings that would be between 50,000 square feet and 137,000 square feet.

OXFORD, CT — A proposed commercial development on land between Willenbrock Road and Towner Lane in Oxford could generate millions in tax revenue for the town, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
The project's developer, Mark E. Oczkowski of Earthworks, says the tax revenue from the five-lot, 64-acre subdivision called Pheasant Run Industrial Park could generate $2 million annually. Plans call for the construction of several buildings that would be between 50,000 square feet and 137,000 square feet, according to the publication.
Before the project can move forward, it needs approval from the town's Inland Wetlands Agency and Planning and Zoning Commission.
