The Oxford High School boys basketball team dropped a game to Woodland in tournament action Wednesday night that was a lot closer than the eight point final score deficit indicated.
Oxford lost 63-55 in the conselation game of a holiday tournament in a game that had about a three-point deficit most of the way until Oxford was forced to foul to stop the clock toward the end of the game, said head coach Al Tolomeo. The game was tied at halftime, he said.
"It was just a tough loss overall," Tolomeo said.
