Paige Husar came off her big win against Seymour on Tuesday to lead the Oxford High School Wolverines to a 7-3 win over Weston on Thursday.
Husar had nine strikeouts in the game while Steph Karcher led the offense with a two-run triple in the first inning, a two-run home run in the second and an RBI single in the sixth inning. Emily Lisewski had two singles, while Clare Michalak had a single and an RBI. Kelsey Svenson had a single and scored three runs.
Oxford improves to 7-11 while Weston falls to 5-12.
