Oxford Volleyball Knocked Out of State Quarterfinals

The Oxford High School boys volleyball team was knocked out of the state Class M tournament in the quarterfinals Friday night by Newington.

Class M No. 3 Newington won three straight games against the No. 11 Wolverines 25-10, 25-17 and 25-18 at Newington to advance to the semifinals against Masuk.
