The Benjamin Opens Outdoor Dining and Launches Family-Friendly Menu
Live Music on Tuesdays and Sundays 6 - 8pm
BJ Lawless announced the opening of outdoor dining at The Benjamin. The new patio furniture is in place, the garden is vibrant and an accessible New-American menu has been introduced.
Lawless and his partners Rob Moss and Dave Studwell are thrilled about hosting guests for both outdoor and indoor dining experiences at The Benjamin. “Customers have expressed a desire for more choices - not everyone wants foie gras and caviar. That’s why we’ll have meatballs, calamari, shrimp Americana and large salads, in addition to crowd favorites such as tuna tartare, roasted chicken, poached halibut and a classic American burger - all at moderate prices,” said BJ.
A new take-out and delivery menu has been introduced and is available via Uber Eats and other delivery apps during the week. The regular menu will be available in addition to family-style packages like a salad and lasagna package for 4 or 6 people for those weekday movie or post sports practice kind of nights.
Live music will be performed on Tuesday and Sunday evenings from 6 - 8pm. The schedule of performances can be found under the “events section” on The Benjamin’s website.
Located at 20 West Lane in Ridgefield, the restaurant is open 6 nights a week. Dinner is served 5:00 - 8:30p on Tuesdays - Wednesdays; 5:00 - 9:00p on Thursdays; 5:00 - 9:30p on Fridays. On Saturdays, The Benjamin will serve its all day menu from 12 - 9:30p. Sunday brunch is served 11:30a - 2:30p and dinner from 5 - 8:30p.
