The Ridgefield ECDC (Economic & Community Development Commission) and the Ridgefield Library invite you to Ridgefield Connect- America 250 Edition, Marching Forward: Revolutionary Women in Business, their third educational networking event in the Ridgefield Connect series.  PLEASE REGISTER.

Geared toward working professionals, these free events center around engaging speaker(s) or business(es), rotate around town and are organized three times each year. Nod Hill Brewery and the Golf Performance Center graciously hosted the first two events last year, drawing capacity crowds.

Hildi Grob, Keeler Tavern Executive Director, will kick off the evening on May 26th before an insightful panel of women-owned businesses.

Meet the Panel:

Moderator: Corrin Arasa- Marketing Strategist, Co-Founder of Ridgefield Farmer’s Market & ECDC Commissioner

Panelist: Megan Searfoss- Founder/Owner of CT Running, a run-specialty retailer, with locations in Ridgefield, Darien and Brookfield.

Megan has competed in multiple Ironman events and over 20 marathons. CT Run Co. has been recognized as a Best Running Store in America for the past seven years, was named Store of the Year in 2022, and most recently named U.S. Small Business Administration – Connecticut Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year for 2026.

Panelist: Rosie Snow Voulgaris - Founder/Owner of Pop Art! Kids, a sensory art studio for children.

Rosie has been recognized as a Fairfield County 40 Under Forty, named Business Person of the Year by the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce (2023 and 2026) and was the winner of the 2024 Ridgefield’s Tiger Shark Tank presented by the ECDC.
