Experience Connecticut’s American Revolution at the Ridgefield Library on Sunday, June 21st at 2:00 pm with an hour of music and stories that reveal the state’s hidden history, folklore, and legendary figures. Kent Besocke’s acoustic guitar, banjo and mandolin bring to life songs and tales of heroes and pivotal moments.
Kent Besocke is a singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist who performs solo and in various groups. A performance by Kent features homespun stories, original songs, well-chosen cover material, and accompaniment by guitar and other stringed instruments.
This program is part of the Library’s A250 commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
