The Golden Age of Musicals spanned roughly from 1943 to 1960, beginning with the Broadway premiere of Oklahoma!, and was marked by tightly integrated plots, memorable characters and culturally defining showtunes. Conductor Harold Rosenbaum will lead this delightful program, showing video clips and playing the piano as we sing along.
Dr. Harold Rosenbaum is widely regarded as one of the leading choral conductors of his generation, known for his expressive interpretations and deep commitment to both contemporary and classical repertoire. As founder and conductor of the acclaimed New York Virtuoso Singers and The Canticum Novum Singers, he has shaped vibrant musical experiences that engage singers and audiences alike.
