The Mediterranean diet is consistently ranked among the healthiest eating patterns in the world. This plant-forward way of eating is rich in fiber, phytonutrients, and antioxidants, has been associated with a lower risk of many chronic conditions, and is a helpful guide for achieving or maintaining a healthy weight.

In this friendly and casual environment, we’ll prepare a complete meal featuring an abundance of colorful vegetables, lean proteins, fresh herbs, and heart-healthy fats, highlighting the nutrition and easy substitutions while we work. Join us on a culinary adventure as we create a vibrant meal inspired by the bold flavors and beautiful cuisines of the Mediterranean.

Come hungry – we’ll enjoy everything we make! All recipes will be provided. Some demo, mostly hands on.
