Sara Kaplan has been an architect, crossword puzzle constructor, stay-at-home mom and prolific doodler. In 2018, she started painting.
“Mostly portraits. I am interested in capturing psychological depth as well as exploring the ability of paint to capture different types of light. The subjects you see here are all friends and family, or myself. I am available for commissions, and the prices of the pieces hanging in the show are available upon request.”
Sarah’s portraits will be on exhibit in the Lower Level Art Gallery through November 30th.
