Parkinson’s Disease Happy Hour & Mocktails: A Cooking Class

Wednesday, November 11 @ 4:00–6:00 PM
RVNAhealth Teaching Kitchen
27 Governor Street, Ridgefield, CT

If you or someone you love is living with Parkinson’s disease, you know that food is about more than nutrition. While there is no specific diet that cures the disease, nourishing food can bring joy and connection, may help support overall health and manage some common symptoms.

Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking experience featuring delicious, nourishing small bites and refreshing mocktails. Led by RVNAhealth Registered Dietitian Carmen Weber, we’ll explore the role of good nutrition in living well with Parkinson’s disease, along with practical tips and individual modifications to meet your needs.

Designed for patients and their care partners together, this class is a chance to learn, prepare and eat delicious food as well as meet others, share experiences and connect in a supportive environment. Come hungry, leave inspired! All recipes provided.
