To the Editor
I am proud to endorse Kim Healy for State Representative of the 42nd District.
It was my great honor to serve as Ridgefield’s state representative for 22 years, during which I had the privilege of serving on the Finance Committee as well as many other committees and in leadership. Based on what I’ve seen during my time in Hartford, Kim Healy is undoubtedly the right person to address the pressing issues facing our district and state today.
I’ve known Kim for many years, and since 2021 she has served Wilton as a Selectman with dedication and integrity. As a CPA and former auditor, Kim has a deep understanding of fiscal responsibility. I am confident she will work to make our state more affordable, balancing budgets while maintaining essential services. She knows firsthand how state decisions affect local governments, and she will be a strong advocate for Ridgefield, Wilton, and New Canaan.
Kim’s experience working collaboratively at the town level will serve her well in Hartford, where she’ll continue to reach across the aisle and focus on the needs of her constituents. No matter your political affiliation, Kim will listen and respond with the same level of care and commitment.
There are few people I trust as much to advocate for our towns, which is why I am proud to endorse Kim Healy for the 42nd District.
Please vote for Kim on November 5th!
