Marshalls Coming To Ridgefield By End Of Year

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Department store Marshalls will be moving into Ridgefield's Copps Hill Plaza, according to the parent company's website.

The off-price department store will be nestled next to sister retailer HomeGoods, which opened in September of last year, filling some of the void from Kohl's exit nine months earlier.

Regency Centers, which operates Copps Hill Plaza at 125 Danbury Road, expects Marshalls to open its new location in November, according to a report in The News-Times.

The floor diagram on the landlord's website shows the 28,432 square foot Marshalls between HomeGoods and 36,568 of space still empty following Kohl's departure.

The soon-to-be-open store is looking to fill a number of jobs. Applications are available online here. There are currently 25 Marshalls retail outlets in Connecticut, according to the company's website.
