After the dinner meeting with the Exchange Club of Ridgefield, Miss CT donned her crown & sash for a photo op with some senior members (Chris Miller)
Miss CT 2023, Gina Carloto, visited the Exchange Club of Ridgefield's projects meeting on May 23 to discuss the Miss CT 2024 pageant that will be held in Ridgefield at the Ridgefield Playhouse on June 22, 2024. Gina had previously visited the Exchange Club's statewide celebration at the Aqua Turf facility to honor all who had received Exchange's CT Police Officer of the Year Awards held on May 16. The photo shows Gina's good looks, but she was also a most informative and entertaining guest with a GREAT sense of humor. Miss CT is part of the Miss America pageant cycle. Alexa Farrell of the Miss CT organization was planning to join Gina at the meeting with the local Exchange Club, however, Alexa had to go off to her new job as anchor/reporter for Fox61 in Hartford.
The Exchange Club of Ridgefield is a community service organization that supports and honors the local police and firefighters and EMS and veterans. Also, the national Exchange project is Prevention of Child Abuse and the club supports Exchange's Prevention of Child Abuse/Parenting Skills Center in Stamford (serving Ridgefield, etc.) and one of 3 such center in CT and also the St Joseph's Parenting Skills Center in Danbury.
