February 25 Referendum: Vote "Yes" for the Public Safety Building proposal

On February 25, Ridgefielders will have a chance to move our First
Responders into twenty-first century facilities by voting to approve the
funds for a new Public Safety Building. More than four years have been
devoted to planning a combined Police/Fire/Emergency
Management/Dispatch structure which will serve the current and
anticipated needs of the Town. After consideration of numerous potential
sites, the former Schlumberger property off Old Quarry Road was
selected as the best location.

Both of the current Police and Fire headquarters buildings are more than 100
years old and are far beyond the useful life for their purposes.

Click on the horizontal red banner across www.RidgefieldCT.gov
to learn much more on the "Public Safety Building project" website.
While there, click on the "Events" tab to schedule a tour of the current
building(s) this weekend.

We urge you to vote “yes” at Yanity Gym on February 25. We are simply all out of alternatives.
