Ridgefield Zoning Board Reverses Ruling on Solar Array
Arrays are "other structures," and not "outbuildings," as originally categorized.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Zoning Board of Appeals has reversed its ruling allowing a controversial solar array on a property off Canterbury Lane, the Ridgefield Press has reported.
The board has decided that the array falls under regulations concerning "other structures," and not "outbuildings," as it was originally categorized.
The 11 foot high ground-mount solar array installation is far from dead. The board indicated that the owners of the array may reapply under the right category of regulation.
