Senior Living Facility Reportedly Eyed for Old Quarry Road Site
The proposal is for a portion of the former Schlumberger property.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Another commercial enterprise is being proposed for a portion of the former Schlumberger property on Old Quarry Road in Ridgefield.
Formation Development Group is proposing a 78,000 square foot senior living facility at the site, called Solana Ridgefield, reports the Ridgefield Press. Last week, Ridgefield Selectman Steve Zemo, a developer who owns part of the former Schlumberger site, also proposed a "workforce housing" apartment complex and a rental storage facility on a different part of the property.
The proposed Solana facility would house 96 beds, a salon, a movie theater and other amenities, according to the publication.
