Do you believe in love at first sight? I do, I’ve experienced firsthand what it feels like. My heart was pounding, my palms a bit sweaty and my legs shaking. I knew this was it; I knew I’ve found the perfect “mate” keeping me challenged and never bored. It has been 10 years now and we are still together. Creativity is what I crave most and I’ve found the best fit as this long-term relationship allows me to grow and become sculpted, stronger and more balanced. Ok, so I’ll come clean, my “mate” who I affectionately refer to is my BOSU (both sides up balance trainer). Sorry, no gossip here! We do spend lots of time together as a variety of exericses leads to a stronger body and mixing up workouts is essential to continue to see changes in the body!
