Looking to spend more time with your children? Me too, recently I met my son in the gym, one of our favorite places to meet. We share and show many exercises, I always look forward to trying out new ones and of course incorporating them into my workout. Thought it would be fun to workout using the TRX and sharing them with all of you Patch readers!

My son Bryan, who by the way shares my passion for health and fitness. OK, I confess, he has been in many gyms when he was younger in the babysitting areas so I could workout, see no harm done!
