Opposites Attract!
Ready to try something different? Experience yoga and/or boot camp this summer!

Yoga and Boot camp, two of my favorite words and passions, total opposite ends of the spectrum! Unpeal the layers of each one, dig deep to experience what each one can do for you!
Let's take Yoga.....arrive on your mat, no expectations, no where to go, nothing to do for an hour, no demands. Experience a warm up as you begin to slowly move the joints through a full range of motion, working through the neck to unravel those stiff muscles, softening and releasing tension in the shoulders and opening up those tight hips releasing all the emotions that we hold onto there. Once the muscles are warm, enjoy core and balance moves as they are intergrated into standing and seated yoga poses.
Can't forget breathing, comes with yoga, you can't have one without the other, just like peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and chocolate! Have you really ever experienced breathing and what it can do for you? If you are stressed and deal with anxiety or want to lose weight, breathing is amazing and will take you to a whole new place that you didn't think you could ever go to!

Yoga and Boot Camp share similar moves such as Plank, Pushup's, Squats but at different intensity levels, both share a mind/body "workout".
Yoga leaves your mind quite, focused and present, your spirit soft and nourished and your body open and relaxed!

Let's take Boot Camp, this is no ordinary Boot Camp. This workout is a workout but is for every one, all-levels of ability with lots of layering options, starting with the basics to more advanced. When was the last time you tried a different workout? If you are not seeing results and are eating healthy in the kitchen, you should think about changing your workout routine up for improved results.
This workout promises loads of fun, loads of creativity molded into core, balance and strength moves all in one effective and efficient 45-minute workout!
Check out what Boot Camp can do for you! The session will run on Monday (Aug. 20th and 27th) and Wednesday(Aug 22nd and 29th) 8:00-8:45am, held at 150 Prospect St, Wethersfield. Cost is $39 for the session of four classes.
