Juvenile Knocked Unconscious, Hospitalized After E-Bike Crash: Rocky Hill PD (patch.com) — Rocky Hill residents are learning more about a serious e-bike crash at Moser School that left a juvenile unconscious and hospitalized in stable condition. Police say the rider inexplicably lost control and was thrown from the bike, prompting activation of the Mid-State Accident Reconstruction Squad as the investigation continues.
   

2. Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Car: Rock Hill Police (patch.com) — Rocky Hill officials are investigating a deadly car-versus-pedestrian crash on Glastonbury Avenue that left one person dead and led to DUI charges against a local driver. The suspect, a Rocky Hill resident who coaches volleyball at Rocky Hill High School and owns the Ferry Grill, has been placed on leave while the Mid-State Accident Reconstruction Squad continues its work.
   

3. New York developer plans 160 CT apartments this winter, nearly 630 to follow. 'We've spent years and millions' (courant.com) — Rocky Hill's two new five-story Vessel apartment buildings, totaling 96 units, appear finished and could start welcoming tenants as soon as this winter, according to the developer. The project is part of a broader push to add hundreds of "attainable" apartments across Connecticut, amid lawsuits, permitting delays, and intense debate over higher-density housing in nearby towns.
   

4. Drugs, cash seized after I-91 crash and chase in Rocky Hill, police say (ctpost.com) — A serious crash and foot chase on I-91 in Rocky Hill led state police to seize drugs and large amounts of cash and arrest two suspects, with a third still at large. One driver suffered minor injuries, and Rocky Hill-based Troop H drone units helped track a fleeing passenger to a nearby apartment complex.
