Rocky Hill Author Has a New Book on Staff Meetings
Resident of Rocky Hill shows readers how to not only make staff meetings interesting, but efficient as well.
A new book by a Rocky Hill resident helps make staff meetings enjoyable and more productive.
Mara Dresner's new book titled “Super-charge your staff meetings: 52 ways to create fun, meaningful, memorable meetings that your employees will love" is now available for purchase online.
“This book will help managers in every industry get a jump on holding meetings that matter. It’s not about bonding for the sake of bonding. When employees share experiences and laughter, they are much more likely to help out colleagues, offer new ideas and insight, and work with a renewed effort. That can make a big difference on the bottom line,” Dresner, who is the communications director for Strategies, said.

The book is divided into 52 chapters with space for notes. Dresner said the book would help employees deal with difficult times, recognize holidays and events and get on the same page.
“This is a valuable resource for managers. Staff meetings are often looked at as a necessary evil. Mara’s book will help managers make them entertaining, so that employees are more open to receiving new information,” said Strategies president Robbi Grayson.
