Rocky Hill Terriers lose 51-48 to Bloomfield
Head coach Pete Asadourian gave the following rundown of the "heartbreaker" game.

They were a very athletic team. Our team defense was able to stop their down low presence.
We had a 9-point lead in the second quarter, went into half up 32-26. It was a nip and tuck second half. Bloomfield continually double- and triple-teamed the ball, causing us to make some costly turnovers.
Bloomfield ended up going up 4 with 43 seconds to go. Albert Figuroa hit a 3-pointer to pull within in 1. We called a time out with 23 seconds to go. We got a steal and ended up turning the ball over. Bloomfield came down we foul. Jordan Jenings hit 1 of 2 and Albert Figuroa got a rebound and drew a foul with 6 seconds to go in the game. We were down by 2 when Albert hit both free throws to tie the game. Bloomfield was able to inbound the ball and Gene Harrison hit a half-court shot with no time left on the clock. Bloomfield won by 3! it was a heartbreaker but the team proved that they can compete with top teams in the state.
