We’ll join Traveler On A Mission for their 5th Annual Christmas Stocking Stuffing Event on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Ansonia UMC - 47 Franklin Street, Ansonia, at 11:30am.
Over the past five years, this has become a favorite event of the year. There's something special about seeing people from across the Valley come together to serve our neighbors during the Christmas season.
This year, our goal is to stuff 300 stockings with much-needed hygiene products and a few holiday treats. Each stocking will include:
- 8 oz. laundry detergent
- 2.5 oz. toothpaste
- 5 oz. lotion
- Dental floss
- Single toothbrush
- single bar of soap
- Single wrapped razor
- $10 Dunkin' gift card
- Candy
During the Fall, collect these items.
On Dec 5th, take them with you to the packing party at Ansonia United Methodist Church, at 11:30am.
Stockings will be provided
Everything is carefully selected so it fits inside the stocking before it's packed and delivered. After the stockings are stuffed, we'll pack them for distribution to area food pantries and soup kitchens.
