"Abandoning helpless kittens in a public bathroom is a heartless act of cruelty that endangers their lives and reflects a disturbing disregard for animal welfare," Desmond's Army Co-Founder Zilla Cannamela said in a news release. "These precious fur babies deserved better, and we are committed to ensuring that those responsible are held accountable.
