Editor’s Note: We first ran this story on April 30, the day the bear was spotted by ICYMI here’s the details again.
A bear was sighted on Wesley Drive and Mill Street in Shelton Thursday morning.
Shelton Trails and Conservation wrote on their Facebook page, “Please put away the bird feeders for the season! These feeders train bears to look for food near houses and that can ultimately lead to the bear becoming dangerous.”
