ANSONIA, CT — An 11-year-old child was arrested in Ansonia Wednesday after being accused of bringing a concealed knife onto the school bus, according to the Ansonia Police Department.

The bus driver reported the incident just before 3:30 p.m., police said.

"The knife was not displayed in a threatening manner, and there was no indication that it was used in any way," according to police.
