Parillo, 62, was the business manager for Onofrio’s Ultimate Foods and Fresh Cuts.
According to court records, Parillo was charged with 1st Degree Larceny in January of 2012. The warrant quoted Troiano saying, “Parillo made unauthorized disbursements to himself. They were recorded as loans or advances in the general ledger for Onofrio’s Ultimate Foods. Onofrio’s was never repaid for said loans or advances that Parillo made to himself.” The warrant also stated that during this period, Parillo received more than $200,000 in payroll salary.
Parillo pleaded not guilty to the charge of larceny. He is due in court for a pre-trial hearing on Oct. 31.
