Woman Arrested For Using Car without Owner's Permission
The following arrest information is provided by the Shelton Police Dept. It does not indicate convictions.

William S. Tortora, 52, of Weybossett Drive was arrested on Dec. 28 at 3:50 p.m. on charges of:
- Criminal mischief 3rd degree
- Criminal trespassing 1st degree
Tortora was held on $250 bond for each charge and has a scheduled court date of Jan. 14.

Mason Rodriguez, 18, of Kneen Street was arrested on Dec. 28 at 12:45 a.m. on the charges of:
- Criminal mischief 3rd degree
- Interfering with an officer
Rodriguez was held on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11.

Charlene Ann Beschel, 44, of Fanny Street was arrested on Dec. 27 at 10:17 p.m. on the charge of disorderly conduct. She was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court the next day, Dec. 28.

John Michael Castagna, 53, of Fanny Street was arrested on Dec. 27 at 9:10 p.m. on the charge of disorderly conduct. He was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court the next day, Dec. 28.

Elliott Delvalle, 34, of Milne Street was arrested on Dec. 26 at 11:45 a.m. on the charge of failing to appear in court in the second degree. He was held on a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 9.
