- TUSCALOOSA, AL — Christopher Garrison of Simsbury was among some 2,270 students at University of Alabama who were awarded degrees during winter commencement Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016. Garrison received a Bachelor's Degree. With this graduating class, UA will have awarded more than 257,000 degrees since its founding in 1831 as the state's first public university.
- NEW LONDON, NH — Kathleen Tremblay participated in the CSC Players' annual SNAFU theater festival Nov. 11-12 in the Sawyer Center Theater at Colby-Sawyer College. SNAFU is an opportunity for students to experience a leadership role in the production of a theatrical performance. A member of the class of 2019 majoring in creative writing, Tremblay served as an actor.
- BRISTOL, RI — Roger Williams University is proud to announce that Timothy Werner of Simsbury graduated with a B.S. in Architecture in August 2016.
