Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta GA

• Matthew Krajewski of Simsbury made the Dean's List for the spring 2017 semester at the Georgia Institute of Technology. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 3.0 or higher academic average for the semester.

Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

• Five students from Simsbury have been named to the spring 2017 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I.: Dana Kelly, Megan Livingston, Meaghan Ryan, Matthew Taylor and Quinn Toner. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa AL

• A total of 11,101 students enrolled during the 2017 spring semester at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. Dean's List honorees from Simsbury were Gabrielle Anne DiCarlo and Peter Raymond Williams.

University of Albany, Albany NY

• The University at Albany congratulates more than 3,400 students who were named to the spring 2017 Dean's List. Lorna Lechak of Simsbury is included on the Dean's List for this semester. Students named to the Dean's List earned at least a 3.5 GPA.

Western New England University, Springfield MA

• Western New England University congratulates close to 400 students who were named to the spring semester 2017 President's List. The following students from Simsbury were named to the President's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.80 or higher: Brendan Kaljulaid, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and Madeline Mancarella, majoring in Communication - Media Theory and Production.

Wheaton College, Wheaton IL

• Wheaton College student Grace Gibbs of West Simsbury was named to the Dean's List for the spring 2017 semester. To earn Dean's List honors at Wheaton, an undergraduate student must carry 12 or more credit hours and achieve a 3.5 grade point average or higher on the 4.0 scale.
