Police have identified Doris Blake, 51, of East Hartland as the victim in a fatal accident that occurred in Simsbury Monday, according to the <a href="http://www.courant.com/community/simsbury/hc-simsbury-fatal-accident-0127-20150126-story.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Hartford Courant.</a>Weather didn't appear to be a factor in the two-vehicle crash, which occurred around 3 p.m. on Route 167.
