New Hampshire Man Faces More Sex Offense Charges Against Children In Simsbury
Several new charges include possession of child pornography and more counts of sexual assault against children.

SIMSBURY, CT — A New Hampshire man arrested in October in connection with a variety of sexual assault charges involving children has been arrested again by Simsbury police.
This time, however, charges brought up against 57-year-old David Matthew Eddy of 15 Liberty St., Manchester, N.H., include child pornography charges as well as additional counts of sexual assault.
According to the Simsbury Police Department, Eddy was charged Dec. 6 at 11 a.m. with the following charges:

• Three counts of first-degree sexual assault.
• Two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.

• Promotion of a minor in obscene performance.
• Three counts of illegal sexual contact with a victim under 16.
• First-degree possession of child pornography.
He was slated to appear in court Dec. 6.
Last October, Eddy was arrested and charged while he was serving in a New Hampshire prison.
Then, he was charged with charged with risk of injury to a child and fourth-degree sexual assault for alleged sexual contact of a victim less than 16 years old and without consent.
