Simsbury schools will open 90 minutes later than normal due to inclement weather, WFSB-TV reports.

• Wednesday night: Mostly clear, with a low around -1. Wind chill values as low as -19. Blustery, with a northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph.
• Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 19. Wind chill values as low as -18. West wind 7 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
