The newspaper cited "law enforcement sources" in its story about the suspect, who claimed "he couldn't live with what he had done" to Millan, a 54-year-old insurance company executive who was stabbed to death on Nov. 20, 2014. Her body was discovered by a passing driver along a jogging and biking trail on Iron Horse Boulevard.
