Tariffville School Scholastic Book Fair Starts Monday
Come to the Scholastic Book fair from Monday to Friday, Nov. 17 to 21, at Tarriffville School and get your kid interested in reading.
Tariffville School will host a Scholastic Book Fair from Monday, Nov. 17 through Friday, Nov. 21. The book fair offers specially priced books and educational products, including popular series, award-winning titles, new releases, adult best-sellers and other great reads from more than 100 publishers.
Funds raised will help purchase books for the Library Media Center, classroom libraries and children who otherwise would be unable to purchase books.
In addition, Scholastic matches monetary donations with a donation of up to one million books, which go to national non-profit organizations dedicated to helping families in need, such as the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, Kids in Distressed Situations, Inc., and Kids In Need Foundation.

The community is invited to attend this fun reading event that helps to inspire children to become life-long readers. Hours are as follows:
- Monday to Wednesday, Nov. 17 to 19 — from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Nov. 20 — 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, Nov. 20 — -8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
