105-year-old Southbury Woman Born Before Women's Suffrage, Votes for Clinton
Ruth Littman was born when women weren't allowed to vote. Fast forward 105 years, and she now voted for a female candidate.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Ruth Littman, an 105-year-old Southbury woman, was born in the fall of 1911. She was alive when women weren't allowed to vote, but yesterday Littman went to the Southbury Firehouse around 8 a.m. and cast her ballet for a woman president, Republican-American newspaper reports.
Although Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election, Littman was thrilled to vote for her.
“Look how many other countries have had women leaders before ours, and our country is supposed to be the cradle of democracy,” Littman said.
