Halloween Trick or Treat Spooktacular on October 29 in Southbury
This is the sixth annual popular family event.

Shared by the town of Southbury:
Costumed children and adults of all ages are invited to enjoy a unique trick-or-treating experience at the Southbury Firehouse on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29th between 4 & 7pm.Walk through our decorated indoor maze, and collect candy, glow bracelets, and 9-volt batteries for your smoke detectors.
The 6th Annual HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR themes include: Despicable Me, Star Wars, Harry Potter, a Pirate Ship, a Cemetery, and MORE! The event is not scary, so it’s appropriate for all ages.

Fire apparatus will be on display in the upper parking lot for families to see. Southbury Parks & Recreation will be providing outdoor entertainment, and handing out candy.
Southbury Police and Southbury Ambulance will also have trick-or-treating stations.

Don’t worry about feeding the family before coming. We are pleased to announce that Only the Hungry will be on-site with their food truck for the duration of the event. Menu options include: beef burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, chicken tenders, pulled pork sandwiches, fries, and soup.
Parking is available at the Town Hall, Parks and Recreation Building and Pomperaug Elementary School.
The event is free, but we request a non-perishable donation for the Southbury Food Bank.
