A Southbury man was arrested after he refused to leave a restaurant where he was being unruly, the Republican-American reports.
Louis Ross Dibella, 42, was arrested on Sunday after he was asked to leave Maggie McFly’s restaurant, where he was uncooperative and refused to leave, the paper reports.
Dibella was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace and released for arraignment on Jan. 26.
