Man Falls Asleep in Southbury Resident's Garage After Leaving Stolen Van on I-84: Report

The van, which was reportedly stolen, ran out of gas and the man went to take shelter, according to a report.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Jorge Falcon, 40, of Young Street in Waterbury is accused of leaving a stolen van by the shoulder of Interstate 84 after it ran out of gas, the Republican-American reports.

Falcon allegedly fell asleep in a detached garage on Skyview Drive too, according to the Rep-Am.

The van was discovered by a trooper around 4 a.m. Friday and was reportedly stolen out of Danbury, police said. Police were alerted to Falcon's location after a startled homeowner found him sleeping in his garage.
