The Southbury Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., in Room 205 of the Southbury Town Hall.

Application of CPCI, LLC for approval of Special Exception and Site Plan Applications – Wheels Gas Station, Convenience Store and Take-Out Restaurant for property owned by Baldwin Realty, LLC – 1411 Southford Road.

The Engineering Plans entitled PROPOSED SITE PLAN FOR WHEELS C-STORES CONSUMERS PETROLEUM, INC 1411 SOUTHFORD ROAD SOUTHBURY, CONNECTICUT prepared by CPH Design, Inc. dated 07/15/16 and the Architectural Plans entitled WHEELS Consumers Petroleum 1411 Southford Road Southford, Connecticut Prepared for Consumers Petroleum of CT, Inc. 204 Spring Hill Road Trumbull, CT 06611 by Bennett Sullivan Associates, Inc. dated July 2016 are available for inspection in the Planning Department.

The land is bounded on the north by land N/F Paul E. Scarlett & Paula Andrea Kimmer; on the east by Strongtown Road (State Hwy 188); on the southeast by land N/F Baldwin Realty, LLC; on the south by Southford Road (State Hwy 67) and on the west by land N/F Southford Associates.
