At their meeting of December 13, 2016, the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:

VOTED to approve Site Plan Application – Change of Use and Parking Area – 45 Quaker Farms Road, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward a recommendation to the Board of Selectmen – Eagle Scout Poject – Wounded Warrior Project Parking Signs, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to recommend to the Board of Selectmen acceptance of the donation of property from Susan Walser, Executrix of the Estate of Loretta Walser – Map 19A, Block 66, Lots 30-34, subject to administrative requirements.
