Woman Brandished Knife At Stop & Shop Workers During Robbery Attempt: Police
Police are trying to find a woman who attempted to rob a Southbury grocery store with a knife and fled, authorities said.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Southbury police are seeking the public’s help to find a woman who brandished a knife at Stop & Shop employees while trying to rob the store, authorities said.
Officers responded shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday to the incident in the 100 block of Main Street North, according to police. A woman wearing a blue jacket and black pants committed the suspected shoplifting and robbery attempt, police said, adding she fled in a white Kia Forte before officers arrived.
