Truck Rolls Over on I-84 Ramp in Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT – There was an early start to the Memorial Day Weekend traffic delays on Interstate-84 with a lunchtime tractor-trailer rollover in Southington.

The crash took place just after 11 a.m. on the eastbound Exit 28 on-ramp, state police said.

Traffic began backing up almost immediately and state police were urging drivers in the area to exercise caution in the area.

Crews were scrambling to get the area cleaned up.

State police said the crash involved one minor injury.
