Many South Windsor college students earned their degrees at the conclusion of the spring 2020 semester.

Becker College, Worcester MA

  • Becker College is pleased to announce that Nicholas Marino, of South Windsor, has graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems Concentration. Marino was one of more than 430 students recognized at a virtual commencement celebration.

University of Scranton, Scranton PA

  • Emily L. Thompson of South Windsor was among the more than 875 candidates whose bachelor's degrees were conferred at The University of Scranton's virtual undergraduate celebration ceremony on May 31. A formal commencement ceremony, at which graduates will be individually recognized, will take place on Oct. 25 at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza, Wilkes-Barre. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy from the University of Scranton.

University of the Cumberlands, Williamsburg KY

  • Richard Mabey of South Windsor received an Educational Specialist degree in Supervisor of Instruction from University of the Cumberlands. University of the Cumberlands conferred 1,500 degrees this spring to its newest graduates.

University of Vermont, Burlington VT

  • Some 3,183 students were awarded degrees during the University of Vermont's 220th commencement ceremonies. Among the 2020 graduates were Zowie Caouette and Kyle King, both of South Windsor.
