Driver Found Passed Out Now Facing Drug Charges In South Windsor
A passed out driver who was cared for by South Windsor police has now been arrested by them, a report says.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A man who was found passed out in a car in the spring is now facing several drug charges in South Windsor.
South Windsor Police on Tuesday arrested Matthew Milone, 23, of Coventry, on an active warrant.
He was charged with possessing more than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to sell and operating a drug factory, police said.

He was held overnight on $50,000 surety bond and was to appear in court on Wednesday.
Milone’s charges stem from an incident in April. Milone was found unconscious behind the wheel of a car on Brookfield Street, according to a report. Officers administered medical care at the scene and Milone was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

During an inventory of the vehicle, officers found a "large amount" of marijuana and marijuana oil packaged for sale. An arrest warrant was obtained and served Tuesday, police said.
