• Eversource Hartford Marathon draws thousands of runners, marks new records (wfsb.com) — Runners filled streets across the region Saturday as the Eversource Hartford Marathon route wound through South Windsor, briefly turning local roads into a major racecourse. With about 11,000 participants and new course records, the event highlighted growing interest in distance running and brought extra attention and visitors to communities along the course, including South Windsor.
