Philip R. Smith Civil War Encampment Taking Place Friday

All residents are welcome to stop by Philip R. Smith Elementary School to watch the fifth grade class reenact the Civil War encampment of the Union and Confederate troops.

The day will begin at 9:20 a.m. and will be filled with historical activities.

The beloved president Abraham Lincoln is also scheduled to address the troops.
