South Windsor Man Accused of Assaulting Girlfriend
Police were dispatched to the hospital to meet with a domestic violence victim and the man was later arrested.
South Windsor police charged a Wapping Avenue man with assaulting his girlfriend after officers met with the victim at a hospital early Friday morning.
Officers were dispatched to Rockville Hospital at about 3:30 a.m. on April 17 to meet with a domestic violence victim.
The victim told police that her boyfriend had assaulted her earlier.

Officers then responded to the suspect’s home and took him into custody.
Officers arrested Jordan Tyler, 37, of 45 Wapping Avenue, on charges of third-degree assault and breach of peace. He was held on a $2,500 surety bond and presented at Manchester Superior Court later Friday morning.
