South Windsor Public Education Fund Announces Bi-Annual Grants

February 2, 2014: The South Windsor Public Education Fund Committee of the South Windsor Community Foundation announced the awarding of one grant to South Windsor public schools. The recipient is to be duly congratulated and the SWPEF Committee would like to thank the generous donors of our community for making our grants possible.             In addition to this grant for Sandra Charbonneau, SWPEF has raised $26,000 to date for a special funding project at South Windsor High School to purchase a Video Distribution System. The goal is to raise a total of $70,000 in order to purchase the system and to provide for staff training.

            We are extremely grateful to TicketNetwork of South Windsor for sponsoring our October Walking for Our Future with the generous sum of $10,000, which was applied to this special project during our semi-annual grant funding period.

•       Orchard Hill School: Sandra Charbonneau –“Reading Fur Fun”

Funding Applied to Special Project during this grant period:
